I would like to take this opportunity to give my feedback on my experience for renting from Braebury Properties. I have been their Tenant since 2012, on two different properties. I had a great experience on both of my move ins. They have very professional leasing agents and staff at the office is great. The leasing process was very clear and fast. Everyone that I had a chance to work with in the last several years is awesome. Special thanks to Phillip, Christinna and their amazing maintenance Team (Andy our fix it all guy). I am moving to Calgary that is the only reason I am leaving my Braebury Rental. I would highly recommend Braebury Properties as a renting company in the Kingston Area. They take care of their properties and provides exceptional maintenance services to their tenants. If I ever return back to Kingston Area in the future, I will rent from them again!! Thanks"
